Ms. Webster is the coordinator of the Interdisciplinary Preservice Training Program through the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities (NDCPD). She is also a research associate with NDCPD’s Adult Student Education Transition Program (ASTEP) and provides social, life skills and employment training for students with intellectual disabilities who are attending Minot State University.

As an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Special Education at Minot State University, Ms. Webster is also responsible for teaching undergraduate special education courses. She has been in the field of special education for over fifteen years and has extensive classroom experience with students who have severe and profound disabilities.
