Term Schedule Course/Section Revision Form

Please submit this revision form for any course or section that already exists on the schedule of classes. The change(s) will appear on the schedule within two business days of receipt. It is the department's responsibility to notify the students of any changes.

The course title, credits, grading scheme, requisites and career are defined by the master catalog at the time the course was approved. Therefore, some changes can not be made unless approved by the appropriate campus committees.

Submissions will only be granted from department/division chairs and college deans.
