Timothy Morris is an assistant mathematics professor at Minot State University with a focus on mathematics and helps with mathematics education. He teaches the introductory statistics and calculus courses, finite math and the student teacher seminar for students in the education areas. In the past, he taught some of the coursework for the Masters of Applied Teaching Mathematics degree at Minot State University. A native of Sherwood, ND, Mr. Morris brings a broad range of experiences which enhance his teaching which includes 30 years of teaching experience at the secondary level and 12 years in higher education.

Professional experiences include service as a presenter at many state conferences for the North Dakota Council of Teachers of Mathematics and the North Dakota Science Teachers Association. Mr. Morris has also served on many campus committees and faculty work groups.

Mr. Morris has also been active in many Sherwood Community boards and councils.
