To provide increased security, the North Dakota University System has implemented Two-Factor Authentication (Duo) when accessing sensitive information in Campus Connection, HRMS Employee Self-Service, Office 365 and other systems. Two-factor authentication adds a second layer of security to your online accounts. As of April 4, 2017, all MSU faculty and staff will be required to enroll and authenticate with Duo Two-Factor Authentication before viewing paychecks, tax, and direct deposit information in HRMS from on and off campus locations. The requirement for students to enroll in Duo will be starting summer 2019.
