Your campus connection password is used for all accounts including wireless, printing, blackboard and email.

To change or reset the password visit https://provisioning.ndus.edu/idm/user/

If you are unable to reset your password youself you can also call the NDUS helpdesk at (866) 457-6387, They are available 24/7.

The email login name is your full email address something like firstname.lastname@my.minotstateu.edu

After you reset your Campus Connection password it will take about 3-5 minutes for that to sync to Blackboard and Email.

If you do not know the answers to your questions please call the NDUS Help Desk at (866) 457-6387 (24hrs a day- 7 day a week)

If you get a message saying there are too few questions answered you will need to claim your account by visiting https://provisioning.ndus.edu/idm/user/quiz/securityQuiz.jsp

 

Changing your Campus Connection password will also affect your Faculty/Staff/Student Email, Blackboard, Campus Printing, Starfish, TK20, Wireless and all other on campus services. It may take 3-5 minutes for your password to sync on all systems.
