If you do not know the answers to your questions please call the NDUS Help Desk at (866) 457-6387 (24hrs a day- 7 day a week)

If you get a message saying there are too few questions answered you will need to claim your account by visiting


Changing your Campus Connection password will also affect your Faculty/Staff/Student Email, Blackboard, Campus Printing, Starfish, TK20, Wireless and all other on campus services. It may take 3-5 minutes for your password to sync on all systems.
