Meet our faculty representing the College of Business during this event:

Weston_Susan.jpg Susan Weston is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and worked thirty years in the healthcare industry, holding several different positions, including Controller, Systems Analyst, and Chief Financial Officer. She is a member of North Dakota Sociey of CPA's and the current Trasurure of the Scandinavia Hertiage Association.
ondracek.jpg James Ondracek holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management (primary area) and International Business (secondary area) from the University of South Carolina. In addition, he holds an MBA from California State University—Fresno, and a BS in Microbiology from Montana State University. Dr. Ondracek is an active researcher, and grant writer. His areas of interest span strategy, international business, and entrepreneurship. Dr. Ondracek has traveled, lived, or worked in over 35 countries.
ross.jpg Dr. Gary Ross is Professor of Management and Director of the Master of Science in Management Program. He teaches management and human resource management courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). He is an active member and past President (2002) of the Minot Area Human Resource Association and a member of the national Society for Human Resource Management.
willoughby.jpg Dr. Lori Willoughby teaches undergraduate and graduate Management Information Systems courses on campus and online. She believes students learn best by applying concepts learned in class to real-world projects.  Her professional affiliations include: International Association for Computers Information Systems, Association for Computing Machinery, Pi Omega, and Delta Pi Epsilon. Her current research interests include collaboration in a virtual environment and effective online course delivery.
