Ashley Holmen, a former Berthold High School standout, is a transfer from the University of North Daktoa . Holmen played at UND for three seasons, where she was the libero for the last two seasons. Holmen is expected to be a big threat in the middle position for the Lady Beavers this year. Holmen is a very competitive athlete who works hard on and off the court. Holmen is an all around player with great passing, hitting, and blocking skills. Her ability to see the court is superb and will be a fun player to watch this 2008 season!
