240-meter Two-lane Indoor Mondo Training
Track
Our new oversized indoor track on the 3rd floor of the Dome
features a state-of-the-art 13mm Mondo surface and wider turns
for better training. This is the largest indoor track in region,
including ND, SD and MT. |

Trails
Minot offers a variety of off-road running venues including
trails along the dike of the Mouse River and double-track
trails through rolling farm lands of the Souris River Valley.
Cross country runners also train at the North Hill soccer
park, on trails following the Souris River and on unpaved
gravel roads that wind throughout the county. Over 80% of
our mileage is off road! |

weight machines, treadmills and cardio equipment. |
