The following appointments are available to meet with the AFLAC reprsentative to prepare FlexComp deductions for the next tax year and to learn more about the products offered by AFLAC.  If you are currently participating this year, you must make arrangements for participation next year; reenrollment is not automatic.

FlexComp is a benefit that allows employees to set aside funds (through payroll deduction) for medical expenses and child care. This deduction reduces the employee's taxable income.

Every employee should schedule an appointment with the AFLAC representative to learn more about the program.  There is no obligation to participate in the program.

The appointments are available most days from October 22nd thru November 13th and scheduled at half-hour intervals.  The meeting location varies, so please take note of the specific location for your appointment.
