Capabilities
The RCJC consists of three divisions including research, training, and business administration. Each division has a unique role and provides an organizational framework that allows RCJC to successfully manage and complete multiple projects, staff, and financial transactions.
The RCJC has accomplished experience in survey implementation, data collection, and data analysis. Many of the government’s leading agencies have contracted work with RCJC such as the Department of Justice, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), the Department of Treasury, and the Department of Homeland Security.
With over 20 professionals possessing a high level of knowledge and experience, RCJC is dedicated to providing quality research and training for its contracting and granting agencies.
The research personnel at RCJC take pride in their accomplishments and are committed to successfully carrying out the project objectives of the funding agency. Comprised of a broad array of experts with a variety of educational backgrounds, many of the staff at RCJC are published and distinguished in their area of expertise. Matriculation at various universities by RCJC staff include Sam Houston State University, University of Delaware, Copernicus University, Rutgers University, University of Texas, Syracuse University, University of North Carolina, University of Mary, North Dakota State University, Southern Illinois University, University of North Dakota, and our own Minot State University.
