To determine the effectiveness of RMEP, an evaluation of services was conducted during the summer of 2010. The evaluation focused on surveying individuals (facilitators) who contacted RMEP to set up a presentation, booth display, or both. A total of 186 surveys were distributed; 67 surveys were returned, resulting in a 36% return rate.

- 95.9% indicated that the presentation/booth display increased the awareness of the intended audience
- 97% would consider a presentation/booth display for a future event
