The Office of Facilities Management at Minot State University is responsible for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of all buildings on the campus and is supervised by Brian Smith, Assistant Vice President. He maintains a staff of approximately 50 full-time personnel and numerous student workers. Areas under the Facilities Management umbrella include custodial support, carpentry, electrical, heating and cooling, motor pool, parking, shipping, receiving, warehousing, and parking lot maintenance. All building projects, regardless of size, are coordinated within the Office of Facilities Management.
