Homecoming 2018 reunions, events announced

MINOT, N.D. – The Minot State University Alumni Association has announced Homecoming 2018 reunion events to commemorate the 90th homecoming in school history.

Homecoming week is scheduled for Sept. 16-22, 2018, with Homecoming 2018 set for Saturday, Sept. 22. The 90th homecoming reunions groups will be: Native American Cultural Center, Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity, Veterans, and Football.

There will be full schedule for specific reunion events with times and locations released at a later date. The week kicks off with Minot State soccer playing host to Northern State, Sunday, Sept. 16. MSU Athletics will have its Beaver Booster “Build the Dam” Golf Scramble on Monday, Sept. 17, at the Minot Country Club.

Minot State’s Annual Community Block Party is set for Tuesday, Sept. 18. The President’s Club Luncheon is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 19. MSU’s Golden Awards Dinner is set for Thursday, Sept. 20.

Friday, Sept. 21 will feature the MSU Alumni & Friends Reunion and MSU Athletics Noon Luncheon Series at the Dome.

On Saturday, Sept. 22, MSU football will take on Minnesota Crookston following the annual homecoming parade and tailgating.
