Indonesian journalists meet with Minot media
The Minot Area Council for International Visitors is hosting three Indonesian journalists in Minot, and they will visit the MSU campus on July 28. They are meeting with a panel of area information professionals to discuss how the Internet is used in media markets of this size and also, what challenges and strengths the media is faced with. Individuals scheduled for the informal panel will include: Tom Ross, KMOT; Jim Olson, KXMC; Marvin Baker, Minot Daily News; and Mark Lyman, Minot State University.
The visitors are invited to the United States under the auspices of the Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program. Their program is arranged by World Learning Visitor Exchange Program (formerly Delphi International).
