Bachelor of Science in Management

To meet the needs of students in today’s changing work world, the College of Business has developed a strong business administration program, offering a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management online.

The curriculum includes a liberal arts base, a general business core, and courses specifically designed for the major. Throughout the curriculum, emphasis is given to understanding real business conditions through the use of cases, computer simulations, internships, business consulting experiences, and study abroad opportunities. The combination of academic study and business experience prepares the student to meet today’s dynamic business environment.

Career Opportunities
Students with business administration degrees are prepared for a wide variety of exciting careers in commerce, government, and industry. Such careers include positions in management, marketing, sales, advertising, public relations, and human resource management.

Internships
The College of Business recognizes the importance of hands-on experience in the work-world and seeks to provide opportunities to students to gain such experience. Students are encouraged to pursue internships with local businesses and are assisted in such efforts by the Business Administration Department.
