I am a faculty member in the Nursing Department. My formal education includes a BSN from Minot State University, a Masters degree with a nursing major from Texas Women's University in Dallas, Texas, and a PhD from the University of North Dakota.

I enjoy teaching and learning and have been in nursing education for over 30 years. My past responsibilities include department chair, teaching trends and issues (in nursing and healthcare), nursing leadership and management, nursing practicum, medical-surgical nursing, fundamentals of nursing, child health nursing clinical, gerontological nursing clinical, nursing research, and the LPN and RN bridge courses. Past distance education experiences include taking courses to distance sites, partial course fulfillment through independent learning modules, teaching over IVN, and now teaching online courses. I am relationship oriented, dedicated, and enjoy traveling.
