A North Dakota native Danielle Reinisch obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 from Minot State University and her Master of Nursing in Education from the University of Mary in 2016. Most recently, she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Leadership from the University of North Dakota, where she focused primarily on researching the impact Academic-Practice partnerships have on preparing new nurse graduates for nursing practice.   

Danielle began her career in nursing academia in 2016 at Minot State University. In this setting, she has taught several courses, including pathophysiology, transcultural health care, nursing foundations, public health nursing, and public health nursing for the professional nurse. Currently, Danielle serves as the primary instructor for public health nursing in Minot State's pre-licensure program.   

Outside of Danielle’s commitment to nursing and lifelong learning, she enjoys the lake, gardening, and spending time with her husband and three small children.
