Student Club Fair to launch spring semester

Traditionally, the Student Club Fair opens each new academic year. Students mingle in the warm, summer weather in the Quad and visit booths to learn about the numerous student clubs and organizations they can join. On Jan. 22, a Student Club Fair will open spring semester with booths in the Student Center second-floor hallway, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Although winter forces the fair indoors, the event promises to be lively and fun.

Minot State University hosts between 30 to 40 active student clubs and organizations, which means there is a club or organization to meet every student’s needs. Student clubs and organizations provide opportunities for students to learn leadership skills, to make lifelong friends and to become engaged in their university and community.

To request a booth space, interested student clubs or organizations must contact Aaron Hughes, student activities coordinator, at 858-3987 or aaron.hughes@minotstateu.edu by Jan. 18.
