
MSU alum featured in Off-Broadway musical
Debra Berger, who received her BA in Theatre in 2005 from Minot State University, is featured in Bat Boy: The Musical, an Off-Broadway hit opening Halloween weekend in downtown Minneapolis, MN. Minneapolis Musical Theatre is presenting Bat Boy: The Musical October 28 - November 13 at the Illusion Theater, 6th and Hennepin, Minneapolis.
Appearing in her first Minneapolis Musical Theatre production, Debra Berger plays several roles in this off-kilter comedy about a half boy/ half bat creature discovered in a cave and civilized by townspeople. Berger, now a resident of Minneapolis, received a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Minot State University in 2005, a Master of Arts in Directing from the University of North Dakota in 2008. While at MSU, Berger was an active member of the Campus Players. She is a native of Glasgow, MT.
