Proud to be a Beaver!

Beavers are known for their natural trait of building dams on rivers and streams and constructing their homes in the resulting ponds. They are intelligent, highly skilled, strong and industrious; they achieve success through team effort.

And when there’s a job to do, they get it done.

Minot State University is in the throes of its busiest summer ever. Summer school is back in session as MSU fought off the flood waters of the "Mighty Mouse." The dry and beautiful campus is buzzing with activity: remodeling continues in the trendy Beaver Creek Café student dining center; College for Kids and athletic camps resume in July; Summer Theatre continues performances; construction crews are drilling holes for phase one of MSU’s geothermal conversion; the football stadium is being fitted with new stadium seats; steel beams are being planted deep in the earth to create the foundation for the new student Wellness Center; and the residence halls continue to offer respite to emergency and cleanup teams.

Just like the Beavers we are, MSU is adapting and creating an exciting campus environment to meet the needs of our students for this fall semester and beyond.
