Ken Story elected North Dakota Student Association President

Ken Story, Minot State University Student Government Association president, was elected president of the North Dakota Student Association on March 7. His term runs from April 2009 to April 2010.

"It’s such an honor to be elected to this position by my peers from across the state," Story said. "It’s a great way to top off my undergraduate experience."

Story, who is a broadcasting-public relations major from the Minot Air Force Base, plans to graduate from MSU after summer or fall semester. He is currently researching graduate programs.

Eric Manlove, another Minot State broadcasting major, was selected as NDSA’s Finance Committee chair. The Fargo native serves as a College of Arts and Sciences senator on SGA and is a sophomore.

The NDSA is a representative body of the student governments within the 11 North Dakota University System institutions. NDSA serves as a voice for over 42,000 students in North Dakota colleges and universities. To learn more about NDSA, visit its Web site at www.nodaksa.org.
