Chancellor's Budget Message to Faculty, Staff and Students
As chancellor of the North Dakota University System, one of Chancellor William Goetz’s top priorities is to facilitate an engaged dialog with key constituents of higher education. To create opportunities for open discussion and an exchange of ideas, a video message was created for Chancellor Goetz to communicate with students, faculty and staff about the NDUS’ 2009-11 budget request.
