If you are not a current member, please include your dues with your proposal. Use the application page available from the NASA web site or print off the form and mail it in with payment.

An additional fee of $100 is required for people wishing to hire an accompanist. Music must be sent to Adam Estes, conference host, by February 1st, 2013.

An additional fee of $75 is required for people wishing to use a rhythm section provided by the conference host. Music must be sent to Adam Estes, conference host, by February 1st, 2013.
