   Ricky Martinez - 5'8 Senior Guard

High School: Three-year starter at Carlsbad High School...Averaged 15 points points per game as a senior...Second-team All-League during senior season...Team won region championship during sophomore season.

Pre-MSU:  Played two seasons at Miracosta Community College in Oceanside, CA...Averaged 16 points, shot 38 percent from the three-point arc and 79 percent from the free throw line during sophomore season...Earned First-Team All-Conference as a sophomore...Second-team All-onference as a freshman...Twice selected to all-tournament teams and was once named Pacific Coast Conference Player of the Week last season.

Averaged 17 points as a senior...Team appeared in Region Championship...Two-Time All-Region selection in football...Played in Region Championship game during senior seaspn...Placed in 4 events at 2004 North Dakota State Track Meet...Qualified for the state meet in long jump for 3 consecutive years.

Pre-MSU:  Comes from Connors State College in Warner, OK...Helped the Cowboys to a 22-9 record...Runner-up finish in the Bi-State Conference...Averaged 10 points per game...Shot 38 percent from the three-point arc...Averaged 2.7 steals and 5.5 rebounds per game.

   David Krueger- 6'4 Junior Guard

Pre-MSU:  Played two season at MSU-Bottineau...Averaged 11 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists as a sophomore...Lost regional championship games in double overtime...Spent last season as a red-shirt at Mayville State.

   Demetrius Malone - 6'5 Junior Forward

High School:  Graduated from Palmdale High School...Averaged 14 points...Helped team to first playoff appearance in 8 years...Played junior season at Taft High School...Won Los Angeles City Championship.

Pre-MSU:  Played two seasons at Los Angeles Valley College...Team Captain...Team went to regional finals...Averaged 5 points, 4 rebounds per game.

High School:  Graduated from Stuttgart High School (AR)...Led Stuttgart to its first playoff appearance in ten years...First-Team All-4A Southeast Conference selection...Played junior season at Cedar Hill High School (TX)...Helped team to first ever appearance in the Texas State Championship...team was ranked 5th in the country by USA Today...Participated in Arkansas State Track Meet in the 400 meter run...Was part of a third-place mile relay team...Named All-Conference Tight End at Cedar Hill during junior season.

High School:  Four-year letterwinner and three year starter at Bishop Ryan High School in Minot, ND...Averaged 10 points and 5 assists per game last season....Named All-Region as a enior...Two-time All-District 12 selection...Helped the Lions to the North Dakota State ‘B’ Tournament in both 2004 and 2006...Honorable Mention State Tournament team...Scored over 800 points and dished out 280 assists in his career...Was also a three year starter in baseball, a three year letterwinner in football and was the team’s MVP the one year he played tennis.

High School:  Two-year starter at Minot Ryan High School...Averaged 14 points, 5 rebounds and 2.7 steals per game his senior season...Shot 40 percent from the three-point arc, making a total of 74...All-District 12...Helped lead the Lions to the 2006 North Dakota State ‘B’ Tournament and Region 6 title.

MSU:  Averaged 2.2 points in 24 appearances last season...Scored 8 points versus Brock and South Dakota Mines...Red-Shirted in 2006-07.

   Mitch Mayer - 6'8 Sophomore Center

High School:  Four-year letterwinner and a three year starter at Bishop Ryan High School in Minot, ND...Averaged 14.6 points and 10.8 rebounds per game during senior season...Shot 54 percent from the field...Blocked 3 shots per game...Twice named All-District 12...All-Region as a senior...Helped lead the Lions to the North Dakota State ‘B’ Tournament in both 2004 and 2006.

   Jordan Pederson - 6'0 Freshman Guard

High School: Graduated from Our Redeemers High School here in Minot....Four year starter...Averaged 11 points and 7assists during senior season...Named All-District...Holds school records for assists (110) and steals (73) in a season...All-Region Quarterback during senior season...Played in 2007 North Dakota Shrine Bowl.

High School:  Part of three Minot High teams that advanced to the North Dakota Class ‘A’ State Tournament...Averaged 10.6 points, 6.5 rebounds per game as a senior...Shot 76 percent from the foul line...Placed at the North Dakota State Track Meet in four consecutive seasons...Won 4 State championships in his career...4.0 honor student, a National Honor Society member and Minot High FBLA President.
