Off Campus Housing
Two new apartment facilities have recently been completed, or will shortly open, within easy walking distance of campus.
Beaver Suites is a new 32 unit apartment building owned by the Minot State University Development Foundation. Beaver Suites is located one block west of the Minot State campus and has 16 two bedroom apartments and 16 four bedroom apartments. For more information contact Danell at IMM at 852-3648. These apartments are scheduled to open in July 2012.
Beaver Ridge Apartments are located one block northeast of the Minot State campus. The apartments are privately owned and are managed by 1st Minot Management. For more information contact Debbie Komrosky at 839-7505.
