HELLO!

This is a mini lesson designed to teach you how to do a smart, time-efficient search in ODIN, the library's catalog, and also how to do the same smart search in any of the article databases to which Olson library subscribes.

You know the adage: give a researcher a fish, he/she eats for a day; teach a researcher to fish, and he/she eats for a lifetime (well, the adage is almost like that). We are going to teach you "how to fish": that is, you are going to learn how to search for information using the most certain and fastest ways that exist and then be able to use these methods again and again as you continue to look for information in places in addition to ODIN.
