In January 2009, MSU Spanish Instructor Kemerly Moorhouse performed Peruvian songs for a Bismarck area elementary school. MSU Spanish Club members accompanied her to Bismarck to teach young pupils, and University of Mary students, about Peruvian culture, traditional songs, and even how to dance the Salsa.

After the show, the Club members and Kemerly Moorhouse dine with University of Mary Spanish instructors.
