Under joint support of the Eugene Garfield Foundation of Philadelphia and Minot State University, a third International Behavioral Development Symposium was held in August, 2005. For both papers and posters, the emphasis for all presentations was describing cutting edge research and theorizing in the area. Research based on studies of humans as well as other animals was presented.
