Position Description: This position is responsible for processing applications, communication with applicants and distribution of support materials to other University departments. This position also is a member of the enrollment management team that supports recruitment and registration of students. Provide excellent customer service with a focus on “Student First” service. Compile data for institutional studies, provide regular reports to University Administration, and assist with registration activities.

Selection Criteria: Requires an AA/AS related to administration or information systems or comparable work experience to the qualifications criteria. Must be a competent user of personal computers and application software including word processing and spreadsheets. Prefer experience with MS-Word and MS-Excel spreadsheets, requires excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Position Description: The Test Center Certified Proctor is the primary proctor for Center for Extended Learning’s (CEL) Academic Testing Centers (ATC) on campus. This position also provides some support for the Minot Air Force Base. This position ensures the integrity of the test center environment and in conjunction with the Credit Coordinator manages all aspects of the test centers to include: scheduling, maintaining the functionality of testing workstations and the proctor work station, staying current on testing requirements and updates for all tests and maintaining certification as a test center proctor for all tests offered by the CEL ATC’s.

Selection Criteria: Requires a bachelor's degree. Must be able to install and trouble shoot software at the ATC centers on campus and on base and maintain the integrity of a high stakes electronic testing environment. Position Description: This position will be responsible for preparing and maintaining Minot State University Athletic Facilities for university related and public events. Duties include custodial services, general building maintenance, the setup and teardown of tables, chairs, athletic equipment, other associated equipment, and other assigned task. Duties also include the preparation and maintaining the athletic fields and the exteriors areas of the athletic facilities (building maintenance, mowing, shoveling snow, disposing of waste, etc.) Shifts are 6:00am - 2:30pm and 2:30pm - 11:00pm with adjustment in response to the schedule of the facilities events.

Selection Criteria: Requires the equivalent of successful completion of high school and one year of custodial/facility maintenance experience including tasks such as landscaping and grounds maintenance; or three years of custodial or facility maintenance experience. Must have the ability to perform semiskilled maintenance and repair work. Knowledge of the practice/procedures used in facility maintenance is required. Must be physically able to perform a variety of manual tasks and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with the general public.
