Beavers claim thrilling road win!

Minot State traveled to Jamestown, ND to open the DAC conference schedule on Saturday September 10th.  The Beavers got on the board first early in the 2nd quarter to lead 7-0 and scored again to make it a 13-0 halftime lead.

Jamestown College got back into the game with the wind in the 3rd quarter making it a 13-12 game after three quarters with the Beavers still in front.

Jamestown took the lead (18-12) in the fourth quarter against the wind after a Minot State turnover, but MSU responded with a touchdown to take a 19-18 lead.

Minot State stalled on the Jamestown 23 yard line with just under 2 minuets to play.  Jamestown drove to the Minot 19 yard line before attempting a game winning field goal which was blocked to secure MSU'S victory.
