"This worksheet will assist Minot State University in determining your estimated Financial Aid eligibility.  This includes Federal loans, grants and work-study programs.  When this worksheet is submitted, it will be electronically submitted to the Minot State University's Football Office.  Our Financial Aid Office will estimate your financial aid eligibility based upon the data from this worksheet.  One of the Coaches will contact you with the results.
