Membership
Eligibility
Any person teaching or supervising any Driver and Traffic Safety Education
or anyone interested in the purpose for which this organization is formed, shall be eligible for membership.
Types of Membership
Active Membership
Active membership is open to anyone engaged in the instruction of Driver
and Traffic Safety Education programs.
Associate Membership
Associate membership is open to anyone interested in the enhancement of the Driver and Traffic
Safety Education Program and to Students enrolled in a recognized College
Program in Driver and Traffic Safety Education.
Honorary Membership
Honorary Membership may be granted to individuals who have made outstanding
contributions Driver and Traffic Safety Education upon
action of the President with the approval of the Executive Board or a three-fourths (3/4) majority vote by Active Members present at any Association
meeting.
Sustaining Membership
Sustaining Members shall be any organization or individual
that contributes to the North Dakota Driver and Traffic Safety Education Association.
Dues
Persons and/or Organizations eligible for membership become members upon
payment of their yearly dues. The membership year begins with the spring
conference and ends prior to the following spring conference.
