Musicians at Play (MAP)
This cross-over ensemble embodies the spirit of flexibility and musical exploration, performing programs from standard jazz to avant-garde classical. Minot State faculty Adam Estes (saxophones, clarinet, bassoon), Erik Anderson (cello, bass), and Dianna Anderson (keyboards) began collaborating in 2010, presenting regional concerts of their eclectic programming. Alongside classical stage presentations, MAP has begun to appear regularly at Minot's Off the Vine, reviving the local live jazz scene.
