KMOT MSU Athletic Luncheon

Minot State University Athletic Department and KMOT TV will mix winter and fall sports Friday at its Noon Luncheon Series.

The luncheon is set for at Seven's Restaurant in the Vegas Motel and features an intro video, food and drink and insight into Minot State Athletics from coaches and student-athletes.

Minot State wrestling makes its debut and mixes with MISU football and cross country as featured programs at the luncheon. The Beavers' wrestling program heads to South Dakota State on Sunday for its first meet of the year, while football plays host to Minnesota State-Moorhead Saturday for its second-to-last home contest. The men's and women's cross country teams are preparing for the NCAA Region 3 Meet Nov. 9 in Sioux Falls, S.D.

MISU head wrestling coach Robin Ersland, head cross country coach Stu Melby and head football coach Paul Rudolph will serve as the event's headliners and student-athletes Flynn Stormer and Mitchell Eull from wrestling and Samantha Huether and Brett Szafarski from cross country will assist in giving insight into Minot State Athletics.

KMOT Sports Director Johnny Mangano will serve as moderator extraordinaire.
