"Put a Bird on It," bird-themed art by Ali LaRock and Paul Noot, Bismarck, on display March 21 through April 25.

Each image in "Put A Bird On It" includes a bird, executed in a variety of styles and mediums. The title of the show was inspired by an episode of the popular television series "Portlandia" in which the characters "put birds on things" in a store to make them more hip and sellable. Noot and LaRock, both bird lovers, borrowed the idea as a theme for their exhibit, each interpreting the theme in their own style.
