Training sessions for Customer Service will be provided by the Village Business Institute on April 30, 2013. Two sessions will be held: 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. Please pick one session and register for that session. Training is open to all MSU staff and faculty. Clerical staff and other "frontline" employees are particularly encouraged to attend.
