Out-of-State Mileage
Reimbursement for mileage for use of personal vehicles outside of the State is at a rate of $.56.5 cents per mile to a geographic point 300 miles from the borders of the state of North Dakota, and $.18 cents per mile for the remaining distance.
In-State mileage for the following destinations (Roundtrip)
The sum of $.56.5/mile will be reimbursed for the use of a personal vehicle when motor pool is available and $.56.5/mile when motor pool is not available. Employee is responsible to obtain written proof from Plant Services when motor pool is not available.
