Professor Witwer came to Minot State University in 1982, after spending six years owning his own business and prior to that, eight years in research and development with the US Government and private industry. Professor Witwer has been active in local business consulting and in community services, serving on the board of directors of several organizations. His interests lie in quality assessment, production operations management, and in small business management.
