Dr. Gary Ross teaches management and human resource management courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and has, over the past several years, been Chair of the Business Administration Department, Director of Minot State University’s Job Corps Executive Management Program , Director of the Master of Science in Management Program, Director of the Intercultural Graduate Management Cohort, and Director of MSU’s Bush Grant Projects. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). He is an active member and past President (2002) of the Minot Area Human Resource Association and a member of the national Society for Human Resource Management. He has completed several consulting projects and has also served as a faculty development evaluation consultant with the Collaboration for the Advancement of College Teaching and Learning in St. Paul, Minnesota. He has also served on several consulting assignments for the Ohio Board of Regents.
