BSE Completion Schedule
Program of Study - Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in biology
This program is similar to the BA-Biology degree with additional professional education courses. The biology content is identical and students may choose either the directed research or nonresearch tracks. Students can reasonably expect to finish the program within five years. Students should work closely with their advisor beginning early in their first year in order to devise a program of study and make application to teacher education. Special attention should be given to deadlines established by the MSU Department of Education (application, test dates, etc.) and to the MSU Undergraduate Catalog regarding degree requirements.
