Last lab---Analysis of PCR products using agarose gel electrophoresis: lab 12--electrophoresis

Here are the pictures from your gels.  I provide 2 pictures for each class (1:00 and 3:00).  One picture is overexposed so you can see the ruler better.  Use that picture to estimate the migration distance of each band in the ruller and your samples.  Create you standard curve with this data.

You will need to use the ladder fragments to make your standard curve.  Here are the fragment sizes in each ruler.  (You do not need the information of mass in the second column, just the size in base pairs/kilobase pairs).
