Minot's parks have been rebuilding ever since the flood of 2011.This year the KMSU Auction has decided to donate 10% of the proceeds to the Roosevelt Park to help with the rebuilding costs. Many parts of the park were affected by the flood, and ever since the water receeded the people of Minot have been working hard to restore the park and the zoo. By donating to the Roosevelt Park, the KMSU auction is helping with costs to clean up the park and zoo so Minot can bring back the animals that have been transported all the way to the San Francisco Zoo and the Rosamond Gifford Zoo in Syracuse, New York.
