5th Annual Faster, Higher, Stronger Clinic
February 14, 2010

The Minot State University Track & Field coaching staff are holding their 5th Annual Faster, Higher, Stronger Clinic Sunday February 14th at the MSU Dome. The clinic is open to all athletes (grade school to high school) and coaches. Participation is highly encouraged to gain hands on experience. Cost is $20.

What to Bring:

  • Workout clothes and shoes
  • Spikes
  • Implements Indoor (if available)
  • Sweats

I hereby authorize the director of MSU Track & Field Clinic to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention and I herby waive and release Minot State or any clinic staff from any and all liability for any injuries or illnesses inferred while at the clinic. I understand the violation of clinic rules may result in dismissal from the clinic with all registration forfeited.

Facilities
The MSU Dome is home of Beaver Track & Field, Basketball, and Volleyball squads. It is the largest arena in the Dakota Athletic Conference with a capacity of 10,000. The dome also contains: a classroom, coaches offices, 160meter six-lane track, racquetball, team locker rooms, fitness center, and 240meter jogging track.

The outdoor track is an eight-lane Synthetic rubber all weather track. It was resurfaced in 2004 and has two jump runways, a high jump apron and remote throwing circles.
